My Dance Star

Destiny had another dance performance today at the Spring Festival in MG. It wasn't organised well at all and people were just being rude and freaking out. Me and dad used our brains to get inside and grab a seat before the other 200 parents and friends came in to stand by the stage to watch. We had awesome seats until some stupid people decided to stand in the center of where everyone was sitting..Did they care? Did they check! Ah well i managed to sneak to a different table and lay low and film.

For those of you who dont know, Destiny is my 10 year old little sister. She has been dancing for a year now and at the begining of Feb she made it into the contest group and has been training every Sunday with some other girls. She also dances with the "Kids Clubbers" twice a week. Destiny seems pretty worn out at the mo with late nights and dancing 3 times a week. I wish i could show you a video of her and the contest group because their dance is AMAZING but obviously im not allowed to film it as someone could steal their moves. They have a contest on May 8th which i wont be here for anymore =( But i will get a video of them from somewhere. I really hope they get far, last years group came 2nd so we will see. Here is a video of her and the Kids clubbers on the stage. The stage was horribly built and was shaking like mad lol. As you can tell during the Vid someone randomly coughs right into my ear THANKS. And 2 fathers decide to just stand right up front and take pics. Destiny is wearing a white jumper (Sweater for Americans) and green trousers.

This next video is another group from Destinys dance school that take part in contests, they are called "Baseline". The girl at the front with the crazy high ponytail is only 17 and is Destinys dance teacher! She is awesome!! The reason some parts of the dance seem odd is because they usually dance on way bigger stages and some people are missing.

The weather was awesome today too. After watching the dances we went to see my mum at work and went to JHQ to grab some stuff at the NAAFI. I use to work for NAAFI but in a different place. I saw an old friend of mine, Britta. It was so good to see her again and i saw my old manager too. Looks like everyone has traded stores again and he is now working there. It was so weird being back in that place and my old manager said that if i ever come back to Germany for good to call him right away and he would give me my old job back. Kind of made me feel good knowing that i must have done something right that i can always go back if i wanted to. I also saw an old family friend of ours today, she managed to put me in an urgh mood. She asked me when i was going back to the States and when i told her Wednesday she looked at me as if to say "Your making a big mistake girl"..Well guess what im old enough to make my own decisions and if i happen to fall on my face i will pick myself up OK! God i know people are worried about me but why not just support me instead of being like that and making me feel crap? Never mind here are some pics from today..

The red Tractor is a Porsche Diesel..Woot woo! And see the old Lady on her scooter thingy...She made my day! Lol..Well im off to sort my room out a little. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
