See! Hes not Stupid

Jon called me today to tell me my puppy isnt as stupid as he thought LOL. Now i am the only person EVER to have any faith in Kota. Everyone thinks hes cute but everyone hates him too. He is dopey and hard headed Like Jon. When we first got Kota he had been passed down 3 times already and was only 2 or 3 months old. No one took the time to take care of him and i was having my own problems and was not ready for another dog (Jon has a Black Lab named Bud..go figure!). I have never been a pet person and the dogs were driving me insane while Jon was away for 4 weeks in October. I didnt want dogs..i just wanted to give them away (No need to judge i know Dogs arent just toys and my mind about our boys changed, i just wasnt ready with everything else that was going on in my life). We moved into our new house and had so much more place then in the Townhouse and i was finally enjoying having them around me. When i was down or i wasnt feeling good, Kota would always come and hop up on the sofa and cuddle. Both of them always put a smile on my face. Kota is a dopey dog and Bud is a very emotional dog but i love them to bits.

So earlier on when Jon called to tell me Kota wasnt as stupid as he thought i got so excited haha..Finally Kota is proving his daddy wrong. Jon told me that Kota had figure out how to open the door. He couldnt open it because its a twisty door knob but Jon caught him standing up at the door with the doorknob in his mouth trying to turn it haha! I wish i could have been there. Jon said he is getting SO big :( i miss all 3 of them. Only 2 n half weeks to go! The other week after Jon had been down to the creek with the dogs he had called me to tell me another story about Kota. He is finally getting use to swimming and jumping in the water where as a couple of months ago he would watch his brother jump in first and wouldnt really dare to go in deep. Well as soon as they got to the creek, Kota went to jump in and knocked a stone with his foot. The stone fell into the creek and did a little splash. He noticed the splash but didnt realise he had knocked and stone so he thought there was a fish. He sat on the side of the creek for about 5 mins staring at the same spot waiting for that 'fish' to move again lol. As much as my puppy is a pain in the butt he always puts a smile on my face.

Oo and you know what else got me excited....Kota doesnt squat to pee any more!!!! he LIFTS his leg!! Hes such a big boy haha
